Paul Rudd and Sean Williams Scott are not my two favourite comedic actors so you will believe me when I say that this is one of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time and one of the more original ones. There is of course the obvious plot line of guy seeing a girl for a long time, they break up and he wants he back while his friend sleeps with everyone he can find but that it only the beginning and end of this movie it is not all of it. The main plot is about two friends who find themselves doing community service to keep themselves out of jail as a result of running their minetor shaped truck into a statue of a horse. The pair find themselves working for a group called sturdy wings who pair up children who would be alone a lot of the time with adults who they can hang out with.
The two kids they get stuck with are who provide the comedy of the movie and they provide it in bucket loads. Ronnie played by Bobb'e J. Thompson is the funniest thing I have ever seen, every time the kid opened his mouth I was on the floor. With Christopher Mintz-Plasse( Mcloven in Superbad) and Jane Lynch (The Forty Year Old Virgin) there is nowhere this movie could go wrong. There are sentimental moments that pull you out of the comedic feel for a time but they are not too long nor too intrusive. This movie is strange but it has the perfect mix of everything that will have even the hardiest among us in tears with laughter.
